SLOW DOWN. SENSE. CONNECT.

Tilia Well Being was founded to help people connect with nature and with each other to enhance wellness.

Our mission is to offer meaningful nature-based experiences. We offer a range of programs designed for people of all backgrounds- from people who have a long established connection with the natural world to folks who have never spent time in a park, and everyone in between.

We believe that fostering relationships between people and nature will promote well-being for all.

Liz Simon Pignatiello

Liz is the founder of Tilia Well Being. She grew up with a strong connection to the outdoors. One of her earliest memories is “playing house” with her sister in their backyard.

She comes to Forest Therapy with the perspective of a health care provider. As a Physical Therapist for 20 years she has accompanied many patients on their path to health. Becoming an ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide is a natural extension of this experience. She is able to share her fondness for the outdoors and promote well-being through her work as a guide.

She has lived many places in the Northeast US and spent several years in Australia and Switzerland. She currently resides in New Jersey. With her husband Mike, she has two young children and a dog who keep her curious and exploring.
